The workshop will explore the dynamics involved in building and maintaining a synergistic EA/Resource Team. The workshop will utilize case studies from two school districts and a private school. Participants will be able to share-out the strengths and stretches of their resource department at their school and/or district. As well, participants will be part of small groups and have an opportunity to design and/or enhance aspects of resource at their school. You will leave the workshop with ideas shared, strategies on how to set-up and sustain an EA/Resource Team.

Ron Fremont has worked as a Learning Support/Resource Teacher in both the private and public systems in BC. He completed his MEd in Leadership and Educational Administration and has taken several courses in inclusive education such as autism, learning differences and behavior management. Ron is passionate about how systems influence school culture, as well as how human dynamics play a crucial role in the creation and longevity of inclusive programming.
